Board for other games?

I think we could use a board for other games than TF2. Ex could expand into other territory.

I see Sung hooking up with folks for a little Titan's Quest. I, for one, could stand to play some E:TW and Blood Bowl with folks.

There's got to be other folks out there that play other games...

it's only a big deal if you like fan created maps and mods. i personally have always loved the maps created by the devs for all games I've played. the mods are okay, but I love playing the game as it was ment to be played. plus this way they can charge for DLC later when it releases...IW are Activision's pet...and this move was definitively Activision's call....bahhhhh

Are they gonna do something about hacks and cheats in modern warfare 2? Cause I saw my friend playing MW1 and he had a gold level 50 sniper that fires as fast as a machine gun. It also goes through every wall, instantly targeting an enemies head. So unless they are making something along the lines of the VAC system, Im probably not gonna get it.

MW2 is part of Steam so they will use VAC to "help" stop hacking but there will always be hacking in some way

Well, he was using a gold Dragunov. Which is legit and can indeed shoot as fast, if not, faster than most assault rifles and machine guns...if you pull the trigger fast enough, which isn't hard. Now, for going through every wall and shooting their heads...it can go through a nice amount of objects with its own piercing power and the help of a feat, but not everything.

I was thinking of setting up a Modern Warfare 2 server to start expanding into other games but Infinity Ward, for some reason, decided not to used dedicated servers. Borderlands, I believe, only has 4 player co-op and doesn't use dedicated servers either. I want to set up a BF2 server, but not many people play it and the game is a couple years old. I'm gonna have to look into BF1943, if there is enough interest. If anyone else has suggestions on upcoming games that we could expand to, let us know.

I am definitely up for BF1943 server, I just hope the game doesn't bomb. It just seems like they cut too much content out of it. Either way it looks great and fun.

Yea, I don't think there will ever be another BF2, BUT for $15 I'll give 'er a try.

I want to set up a BF2 server, but not many people play it and the game is a couple years old.

I can be convinced to start up BF2 every once and again. The problem I have is so few friends play so you can never get a good feel for your team.

There is a new game out called Duke Nukem 3D that I've really gotten into. The cops are actually warthogs!! HAHAHA!!! There are shrink guns and strippers with pasties. Its really new and innovative. Pretty cool
