So...long story short my mother bought a new computer. And despite AT&T claiming that the usb wireless adapter she'd been using was win7 64bit compatible, it's not. Nor is the replacement they sent her.
So therefore I turn to you guys for help.
We need a wireless adapter. Either internal or usb. Just something that actually works with Win7 64bit.
The slots she has open on her motherboard are: (per TigerDirect. I don't really know how to identify them, so I just assume this is correct)
1 PCI Slots
2 PCI Express X1 Slots
1 PCI Express X16 Slot
Also, I tried inserting mine into her computer. Mine is similar to this one (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833124342). But no slots were the right size. There were slots a whole lot smaller, and a slot a bit bigger (the bigger slot I know is where a graphics card would go). I know nothing about pci slots at all though.
