I never got into FF. tried the FF7 demo on PS a long time ago, didn't figure out how to get off the train, so ya. plus I like my video games with less movie in them. new FF looks amazing though, those FF lovers out there should be really excited.

I would sign up, but I never play, pay to play games. The whole principle is annoying. Like if I want to play an online rpg I'll play a free one. And trying a beta to a game I have no intention of paying for seems like a waste to me.

Maybe if it gets free servers I'll get it.

No idea there was another ff game in the works, 13 hasn't even come out yet.

Is 14 supposed to be like another 11?

What makes it so different?

It's a new leveling and job system. Also, it's gonna be on the PC and PS3. It's a new world and new races...and not much has been said. It's all very vague, but they said they're trying for a new thing this time around. I dunno...I'm just excited about this one for some reason.

I'm not sure I really like the new job system. I may beta it regardless.
I really want FFXI with a lower grindcurve, that's all I ask. qq

I'm not sure about another online one. I'm a big fan of the story single player games. It is sad to me that 14 will be online and not another single player one :(

ffxi was so much fun, but it definitely needed a solo aspect. Would've made it the best mmo out there. I have no idea how I made it to 75 thf...a lot of begging groups to take me. SATA is so important too!

I've always been torn on the FF MMOs, I generally like the series, but can't really get into the mmorpg style. Personally, though, I'm hoping that 2010 is a great year for games (and, as such, a miserable year for my wallet and social life)
