if you don't get it...spectate him sometime...I watched him for about 20 minutes during the match last night and he switches weapons every second no matter what class or what he's doing. and since sourcetv is a little laggy, it was very irritating to watch so all who were watching laughed a bit at it.

Lol You wouldnt want to spectate me when I'm a spy then, I switch back and forth to make sure I have my sapper on q switch, or if im not going for a sentry I keep my ambasador on q switch, so I switch back and forth alot.

Also I love the knifes animation when you switch to it lol.

Why are people using q? Use 1,2, and 3 from the num pad. That is my secret. ;)

Q is quicker. Barely ever use melee so hitting 3 is a waste.

I use the directional pad and the number keys on the right of the board (keypad) for movement, so the number keys at the top are pretty useless except for picking a disguise class. So my q is the \ button. It really does make a difference when you need to backstab the engi and sap quickly before getting killed by the sg

I used to use q way back from the hl1 days where you could carry like 10 weaps. I try to use the numbers but q is my panic button, because im so used to it.

q is great if you intend to use 2 weapons at a time. I use a lot because I always default to shotgun (better against other pyros than the flame thrower).

Though I guess with spy, there's likely times when you need all your weapons. I'd probably play spy more often if I had more buttons on my mouse to bind to all the weapons.
