Yeah so, as some of you have noticed, I've been having mumble issues.

I've hunted the vast web, toyed with a few settings and checked the logs and have come to the conclusion that I'm clueless

[8:21:24 PM] Welcome to Mumble.
[8:21:26 PM] Connecting to server 216.52.148.10.
[8:21:56 PM] Disconnected from server.
[8:21:57 PM] Server connection failed: Connection timed out.
[8:22:07 PM] Reconnecting.
[8:22:07 PM] Connected.
[8:22:12 PM] Welcome message:
Welcome to the Exodus Society Murmur server!
...
[8:44:03 PM] Server connection failed: The remote host closed the connection.
[8:44:14 PM] Reconnecting.
[8:44:14 PM] Connected.

[9:02:19 PM] Server connection failed: The remote host closed the connection.

On and on and on this goes.. on average every 20 mins or so. Ive got logs for all day like this when i left it running.

Help me figure this one out, its got me baffled

About the only thing ive found so far is to maybe try disabling my Overlay in mumble advanced settings. I have done this and i guess ill see if thats the solution... other then that tho, like i said im baffled

I never noticed that the Server is named the Exodus Society Murmur Server

if im not mistaken, Hedge loses connection to Mumble on certain occasions like when he starts up BFBC2 or goes into a online game i forget which, id ask him

Murmer is the server side of the Mumble software. The part you run on your computer is Mumble. The part Ex runs is called Murmur. Nothing fishy there. :)

Hmmm.. it may be something with the certificate. Have you tried the certificate wizard?
